Getting Started
How do I get started?

Fill out our contact form with details about your inventory and prep needs. We'll respond within 24 hours with a custom quote and instructions for shipping your inventory to our facility in Princeton Junction, NJ.
Do you work with international sellers?

Yes! We work with sellers from around the world. Your supplier can ship directly to our facility, and we'll handle everything from there.
Do you accept new/small sellers?

Yes! We work with sellers of all sizes, from online arbitrage sellers sending a few units to wholesale sellers shipping high quantities. There are no minimums at PrepMeisters.
Do I need to give you access to my Seller Central or Inventory Lab account?

Yes, but at a very restricted level. We need "Process User" level permissions to print product labels, enter weight and expiration dates, print shipping labels, and complete shipments on your behalf. This ensures your shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. We will NOT have access to any proprietary information such as sales volume, financials, or other sensitive data.
Processes
Can my supplier ship directly to you?

Yes! Your supplier, wholesaler, or manufacturer can ship inventory directly to our facility. Just provide them with our address and let us know the shipment details so we can receive and process it promptly.
Do you accept pallets and/or process pallet shipments?

We accept pallets on a limited basis currently. Please contact us to arrange pallet quantity receipts and discuss your specific needs.
What happens if items arrive damaged or missing?

We inspect all incoming shipments and document any damage or discrepancies with photos. We'll notify you immediately so you can file a claim with your supplier or carrier. Damaged items are set aside and handled according to your instructions.
What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from the time we receive your inventory to when it ships out to Amazon or your customer. Need it faster? We offer Rush Shipping to guarantee a 24-hour turnaround—see our Pricing page for details.
How can I track my inventory and get updates?

We provide real-time inventory visibility through a shared file where you can see all shipment information, status updates, and photos at any time. We also provide updates via email and direct messaging.
Products & Services
What product categories do you handle?

We handle most product categories including books, toys, home goods, electronics, health & beauty, apparel, shoes, and more. We do not currently handle hazmat products, grocery, perishable goods, items over 50 lbs, or items exceeding 36"x24"x24". Contact us if you have questions about specific product types.
Do you handle returns processing?

This service is not currently offered but is coming soon. Please contact us to discuss your needs and timeline.
Do you support Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or other platforms?

We currently support Amazon FBA prep and FBM fulfillment. Support for other platforms such as Walmart, eBay, and Shopify is not currently offered but is coming soon. Please contact us to discuss your multi-channel needs.
Do you offer storage services?

Yes, we offer short-term box storage in our secure facility. Storage is $0.40 per cubic foot per week, with your first week free. This is perfect if you need to receive inventory before you're ready to send it to Amazon.

Do you offer insurance on stored inventory?

Yes, we carry commercial insurance, so all inventory in our facility is protected.
How does payment work?

We accept ACH bank transfers, Zelle, Venmo, and similar payment services. Payment is due upon prep completion and is required before your inventory is shipped out. For established clients with consistent volume, we can discuss NET 15 or NET 30 terms.
